Find the best idea
Now it is important to take the results of the interviews and the research on market attractiveness. Compare them with the assumptions you made beforehand, for example about customer problems, customer jobs, competitors, market size, etc. If the assumptions tourned out to be wrong, then you should evaluate the new findings with regard to their influence on the success of your previous solution idea.
After that, it is important to react to the identified risks, i.e. adapt your solution or find ways to work around/solve the discrepancies. If you are not sure about possible risks, e.g. customer risks, this can also be a starting point for an experiment to check the facts. Include multiple perspectives in this process.
